At The Soccer Shirt Hub, we strive to provide you with high-quality soccer jerseys and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 90 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
Return Conditions
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and included in the return package.
- Personalized or customized jerseys (including any printing of names, numbers, or patches) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
- For non-personalized items, if the return conditions are not fully met, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or reject the return.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at footballjerseyhub@hotmail.com to receive a Return Authorization Number.
- Securely package the item with all original materials and include a note stating your order number and whether you prefer a refund or exchange.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
